How to do it in 4 steps
- Paste the podcast's RSS feed (or an Apple Podcasts link) into Podcast RSS feeds, or episode file links into Audio or video file URLs. Optional: Episodes per podcast feed and date or title filters pick the episodes.
- Optional: set the Language and turn on Speaker labels ($0.015 per minute instead of $0.006).
- Click Start. Each episode becomes one row with the text, timestamps and
srtUrl/vttUrllinks to its subtitle files. - Download the SRT files from those links, or call the Actor from the API for a whole feed.

FAQ
Can it transcribe new episodes automatically?
Yes. Paste the RSS feed, turn on newEpisodesOnly and run it on a schedule: only episodes released since the last run are transcribed, so a day without a new episode costs nothing.
Can I get subtitles in other languages?
Yes. List up to 5 languages in subtitleLanguages: each gets SRT and VTT files with the original timings, for $0.002 per minute per language. A language that fails is free.
Can it label who is speaking?
Yes. With speaker labels on, every segment, paragraph and subtitle line says Speaker 1, Speaker 2 and so on, for $0.015 per minute instead of $0.006.
